Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and architect technical solutions aligned with customer objectives and global and local regulatory requirements.
• Use a consultative approach to identify business needs and map them to an API-first platform.
• Provide post-sales L2 technical support and answer API integration questions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues using log management tools such as Datadog.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Regulatory & Compliance, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and create examples for customer integrations and proofs of concept.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to read code, query data, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Customer-first attitude and strong project management skills, including managing multiple priorities and establishing clear accountabilities.
• Must be located within the United States for this remote position.

Nice to have

• Experience in regtech, fintech, virtual assets, payments, or working with financial institutions and AML controls.
• Familiarity with privacy and security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
