Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) - CA/PA/TX/FL (1099, Part-Time)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; active and unrestricted licensure in CA, TX, FL and/or PA required

Compensation: $60–$80 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver short-term, evidence-based virtual behavioral health counseling to older adults.
• Support patients dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, chronic pain, and behavioral barriers to health.
• Help patients build sustainable routines around stress management, sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and weight loss.
• Document patient information in EMRs and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, health coaches, and clinicians on personalized care plans.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure in multiple states, including CA, TX, FL and/or PA.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• 1+ year of telehealth experience with high proficiency in EMRs and communication tools.
• Experience working with adults aged 65+ or in geriatric health, chronic disease management, or lifestyle/preventive medicine.
• Excellent communication skills and an empathy-driven clinical approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and build systems and processes.
