WI Licensed 1099 Mental Health Therapist

Location: Fully remote within the United States; availability during operating hours from 8am to 3am ET, seven days a week. Minimum availability of 8 hours per week during the academic year, including at least 4 preferred evening or weekend hours.

Compensation: $81 per completed 60-minute intake session, $61 per completed 45-minute follow-up session, $30 per no-show appointment, and $60 per hour for monthly therapy training and all-hands meetings.

What you will do

• Provide virtual therapy to college students using evidence-based interventions, including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, ACT, and DBT.
• Conduct biopsychosocial intakes, diagnostic assessments, and appropriate treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records to support continuity of care.
• Coordinate care with campus treatment providers, supervisors, peers, and administrative staff.
• Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios, collaborating with leadership during critical patient situations.
• Use the collaboration portal and care model to support students and refine therapeutic practice.

Requirements

• Active independent clinical licensure in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• Ability to complete thorough biopsychosocial intakes and clear diagnostic assessments.
• Ability to develop appropriate treatment plans and treat a diverse student population respectfully.
• Ability to identify and manage escalating clinical risk effectively.
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer with a quality video camera and stable internet connection.
• Availability for at least 8 hours per week during the academic year.
