Insurance Product Manager (Commercial)

What you will do

• Act as the subject-matter expert for Commercial Programs.
• Lead the product development pipeline and drive continuous product improvement.
• Partner with product colleagues and Technology Solutions to turn strategic ideas into deliverable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end customer journey, including Policy Administration Systems and the Broker Portal.
• Lead annual product reviews to ensure fair value and market competitiveness.
• Track and analyse product performance and provide regular updates and insights.

Requirements

• Experience or expertise in commercial insurance products and programs.
• Product management experience, including development pipeline ownership and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Experience analysing product performance and using insights to support business decisions.
