What you will do

• Act as the subject-matter expert for Commercial Programs.
• Lead the product development pipeline and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with product colleagues and Technology Solutions to turn strategic ideas into deliverable solutions.
• Shape product and business strategy and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
• Improve Policy Administration Systems and the Broker Portal.
• Lead annual product reviews, track performance, and provide regular market and business updates.

Requirements

• Experience or expertise in commercial insurance products and programs.
• Ability to lead product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyse product performance and assess fair value and market competitiveness.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional product and technology teams.
