Manager, Security Engineering & Operations (AI)

Salary: $150,000–$195,000 USD base pay per year

Clari and hirify.global are building an AI-powered Predictive Revenue System for enterprise revenue teams.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a hybrid team of Security Analysts and Security Engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance coaching.
• Oversee vulnerability management, including scanning, triage, and remediation across source code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design and deploy security infrastructure covering SIEM, CNAPP, SWG, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.
• Drive automated detection, response, and remediation, including AI-enabled improvements to security operations.
• Lead incident escalations and partner with Engineering and Infrastructure to implement secure-by-default architecture.
• Communicate security risks, metrics, and technical initiatives to the CISO and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Security Engineering or Security Operations.
• Professional working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and Postgres.
• Experience building or maturing vulnerability management programs and developing actionable detection from Indicators of Compromise.
• Experience with SaaS environments and control evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Ability to lead incident response, threat modeling, architecture risk reviews, and security projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, GCIH, or GCIA certification.
