Security Lead (AI Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $100,000–$300,000 annually, with potential variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Shape AI-native cybersecurity products and work with machine learning engineers to build agents grounded in real-world security workflows.
• Contribute security expertise to product strategy, roadmap, and core capabilities.
• Extend hirify.global’s security posture, systems, and incident response capabilities.
• Implement processes and tools that protect hirify.global and its customers end to end.
• Write industry content, partner with customers, and communicate the role of AI in vulnerability management.
• Help define approaches to autonomous security and vulnerability management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering.
• Expertise in vulnerability management across the attack surface.
• Fluency in Python or a comparable programming language.
• Experience with automation and operating at scale in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
• Strong bias for clarity, velocity, and technical rigor.

• Experience working closely with ML, AI, or data science teams.
