HR Support Specialist (People Operations): Supporting staffing, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance administration at a growing fulfillment center with an accent on accurate records, process execution, and employee support. Focus on coordinating warehouse hiring and onboarding, maintaining HR systems and compliance documentation, and escalating employee relations issues appropriately.
Location: Onsite at the Reno, Nevada fulfillment center, United States
Salary: $25–$29 per hour

What you will do
- Post openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring logistics for pick/pack associates and machine operators.
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, paperwork, and first-day walkthroughs.
- Process offboarding documentation, system updates, and checklist follow-through.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, accurately document issues, and escalate employee relations matters.
- Administer compensation, benefits, leave, payroll data entry, timekeeping, and open enrollment support.
- Track required training, safety and PIT certifications, leave, workers’ compensation, and OSHA records while maintaining accurate HR system data.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of human resources or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Accuracy and consistency when following established processes, with sound judgment about when to ask questions or escalate issues.
- Ability to learn HR systems quickly; willingness to learn ADP and other tools is required.
- Curiosity about AI-enabled tools and willingness to incorporate them into HR operations.
- Reliability, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and comfort supporting warehouse employees.
Nice to have
- Coursework or early certification progress toward SHRM-CP or a similar qualification.
- Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center.
- Exposure to AI or automation tools used in HR operations.
