Senior Growth Marketer (3D AI)

Location: Fully onsite at the Sunnyvale headquarters in the Bay Area, United States

Salary: $120,000–$250,000 per year, plus potential additional compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share in the gaming and 3D industries.
• Collaborate with Sales to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and support lead generation and conversion.
• Create targeted marketing materials, content, and sales collateral for prospect engagement.
• Conduct market research into customer needs, competitive trends, and new opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance, lead quality, and sales outcomes.
• Combine strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of growth marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, game development tools, or 3D printing.
• Proven experience collaborating with Sales teams and creating materials that drive conversions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing messages.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the Sunnyvale headquarters.
