QA Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Orlando, Florida hub

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for pharmacy that streamlines prior authorizations, paperwork, and coordination across healthcare systems.

What you will do

• Lead and execute manual, exploratory, regression, and automated testing.
• Design testing strategies for LLM behavior, prompt validation, and model hallucinations.
• Own release readiness and provide hands-on quality accountability for AI-powered clinical products.
• Lead complex UAT implementations with external healthcare clients and providers.
• Build, maintain, and scale Playwright automation frameworks for front-end testing.
• Use Postman and Playwright MCP and Agents to test APIs and complex production features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience testing in healthcare, health-tech, or pharmacy, including HIPAA, data privacy, compliance, and clinical data accuracy considerations.
• 4+ years of experience in QA or software testing, with experience leading projects or small teams while remaining technically hands-on.
• Proven experience testing AI- or LLM-driven features and products.
• High proficiency with Playwright for automated testing and Postman for API testing.
• Experience owning UAT end-to-end and coordinating with external clients or healthcare providers.
