Fullstack QA Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid workstyle with expected office attendance according to organizational guidelines and team objectives.

What you will do

• Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test strategies, scenarios, and cases for functional and non-functional validation.
• Prepare test data, tools, and environments; execute automated and manual tests for mobile applications, web applications, and APIs.
• Drive test automation, maintain regression coverage, document results, and track defects through resolution.
• Analyze test outcomes, recommend solutions, and report QA results while contributing to quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Validate LLM-driven applications and AI/ML systems for accuracy, bias, hallucinations, drift, robustness, and performance.
• Support junior QA engineers through onboarding and training and serve as a subject matter expert for designated modules.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated tests for mobile applications, web applications, and/or APIs.
• Professional experience with Appium, Playwright or Selenium, or Rest-Assured, plus Cucumber-based test case definition and execution.
• Understanding of CI/CD platforms, microservices architecture, technical requirements analysis, and comprehensive test strategy design.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as NotebookLM, Gemini, Cursor AI, and GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, key management, embeddings, LLM integration workflows, and MCP server integration in test automation pipelines.
• Business-level English is required.

Nice to have

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification and experience in Agile or other fast-paced development environments.
• Financial or payments domain knowledge and experience standardizing QA processes with cross-functional teams.
• Performance testing experience with Gatling, wrk, or JMeter.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, bash or CLI scripting, and web or mobile application development.
• Business-level Japanese, equivalent to native proficiency or JLPT N1/N2, and experience integrating AI-assisted development into delivery.
