Senior Data Analyst

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico; remote role

What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets to identify and quantify key performance indicators.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to monitor business performance.
• Deliver actionable insights that support better decisions and positive business change.
• Establish best practices and training materials for data-savvy users in functional departments.
• Champion the impact of data across the organization and collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency, including creating derivative data structures.
• Experience with a data visualization tool such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive significant business process transformations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex ideas to non-data-focused stakeholders and leadership.
• Proficient in AI model implementation or highly motivated to develop expertise in AI.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS business model.
• Experience with dbt, Python, R, or Git.
• Knowledge of Sigma; Tableau or Looker experience.
