Senior Data Analyst, GTM Analytics - CANADA (Remote)

hirify.global is building an AI growth platform for real estate, serving more than 90,000 real estate professionals and operating as a Series C company with $100M in annual recurring revenue.

What you will do

• Deliver analysis for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign performance, cohorts, retention, and GRR/NRR drivers.
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to frame analytical questions, develop recommendations, and support decisions through completion.
• Build and maintain dbt models and marts using Salesforce and other GTM data sources.
• Own data quality, documentation, source-of-truth tables, and QA for the analytics domain.
• Contribute to Lighthouse, a version-controlled BI-as-code platform for dashboards, metrics, and semantic models.
• Use AI agents to accelerate analysis, automate recurring reporting, and reduce manual dashboard work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or BI, including support for Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success at a fast-growing company.
• Expert SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt for GTM data modeling.
• Working knowledge of Python for analysis and automation.
• Experience using Salesforce as a data source and understanding its CRM objects, fields, and data-modeling challenges.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks, including Fivetran or similar EL tools and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Strong communication skills, ownership of deliverables, and comfort working with ambiguity in two-week sprints.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sigma, Hex, Tableau, Looker, or a similar modern BI tool.
• Experience with AI agents or LLM tools for analytics workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, or a similar coding agent.
• Staff-level scope, including ownership of ambiguous problems and setting technical direction.
