What you will do
- Develop logically sequenced product and feature roadmaps for logistics-related systems.
- Plan systems, define requirements, design products and user interfaces according to business needs.
- Coordinate product development with business stakeholders, engineers, test engineers, infrastructure personnel, and designers.
- Manage KPIs and support continuous product improvement through iterative PDCA cycles.
- Support system releases, post-release services, and responses to unexpected incidents and system troubles.
- Report product and project progress and outcomes using numerical and non-numerical measures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience collaborating with business and technical teams to launch services.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and document system definitions and designs.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and proposals, demonstrate ownership, and involve stakeholders.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency is required.
- TOEIC score of 800 or equivalent English ability is required.
Nice to have
- IT engineering or business-system product management experience.
- Product management experience in e-commerce or logistics.
- Agile development experience.
- Experience with BI tools, big data, data modeling, system testing, quality assurance, and test scenarios.
- Knowledge of logistics operations or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
