Technical Product Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Build operational partnerships and identify business, commercial, and product opportunities across European markets.
• Act as the main product contact for business partners, aligning objectives, priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations.
• Own product roadmaps, release milestones, governance, communications, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Manage risks and issues related to third-party collaborations and integrations.
• Shape and implement product and service strategies with cross-functional teams across business, design, software development, platform, and retail applications.
• Use user insights, industry trends, data analytics, machine learning, and AI capabilities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recent product management experience in European e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Availability to work onsite in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience managing large-scale consumer applications with more than 1 million daily active users.
• Experience working across multiple regions and multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of technical development for e-commerce platforms.
• Communication skills in Chinese or German.
