TL;DR
Technical Lead (Kubernetes/Go): Building and scaling an always-on, self-healing, declarative platform for infrastructure and application management with an accent on Go microservices, Kubernetes architecture, and edge computing. Focus on designing distributed systems, implementing edge-to-cloud connectivity, and leading technical initiatives across secure, reliable cloud-native deployments.

develops Palette, an enterprise Kubernetes management platform for running applications across data centers, edge environments, and cloud infrastructure.
What you will do
- Design, optimize, and streamline Go-based microservices for the Palette platform.
- Build always-on, self-healing, and declarative infrastructure and application management capabilities.
- Develop automation, scripting, testing, logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
- Design scalable, dependable, and secure distributed systems for cloud and edge environments.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence architectural direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with 7+ years of software development experience, or 5+ years with a Master’s degree.
- Expert-level Go proficiency and familiarity with Java or similar modern languages.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, operators, controllers, and custom resources.
- Experience with edge computing, infrastructure provisioning, edge networking, SDN, distributed networks, service meshes, and edge-to-cloud connectivity.
- Strong architecture and design skills for distributed systems and microservices, plus experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, virtual machines, and security practices.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, SQL and NoSQL databases, Linux environments, monitoring systems, and technical leadership.
Nice to have
- MongoDB experience.
- Kubernetes certification such as CKA or CKAD.
- Experience with modern IDEs such as Cursor or GoLand.
