Solution Program Manager

Location: Shanghai, China. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Lead China solution delivery with product managers, internal teams, and third-party development partners.
• Establish project schedules and guide programs from ideation and business alignment through launch and release.
• Define solution MVPs based on hardware requirements and maintain solution roadmaps across printer products.
• Develop integration plans with design, development, and testing partners using agile and waterfall schedules.
• Prepare solution checkpoints, manage risks and change requests, and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Coach and guide less-experienced team members and manage matrixed teams and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Chinese speaking and reading skills are required.
• Experience driving complex software integration using waterfall or scaled agile methodologies.
• Experience with project and program planning tools for managing schedules, resources, and results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of the China ecosystem.
• Experience with NPI schedules and product launch coordination.
