TL;DR

Senior Technical Program Manager (PMO and enterprise technology): Planning and overseeing complex technology platform implementations, upgrades, and large-scale business transformations with an accent on governance, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution. Focus on translating long-term objectives into implementation roadmaps, managing risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams, and delivering programs within scope, timeline, budget, and resources.

What you will do

Lead the PMO governance and delivery of complex enterprise platforms, technology implementations, upgrades, and business transformations.
Define program scope, goals, deliverables, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate internal teams, technical development groups, and external technology vendors.
Translate long-term business objectives into technology strategies, implementation roadmaps, and actionable delivery plans.
Track program status using quantitative metrics, provide reporting, and present updates to stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and guide execution using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, and software development lifecycle methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 4 years of IT experience and 1 year of program management experience.
Expert-level project management experience and experience as a Program Manager.
Experience with integrated business planning, PMO operations, Jira, business process improvement, product development, and Agile software development.
Ability to manage multi-workstream initiatives, stakeholders, risks, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and resources.

Nice to have

Experience as a Release Train Engineer.
Certification program experience.
