Senior Content Developer (ERP)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain clear documentation for designated hirify.global ERP functional areas according to corporate style guidelines and team processes.
• Design training courses and skill assessments for different learner personas, keeping materials current with software releases.
• Use AI-assisted tools for drafting, restructuring, summarizing, editing, and reviewing content while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify user scenarios and information gaps.
• Review UI labels and messages, resolve learner issues, and recommend improvements to documentation and training content.
• Rotate through the Doc Watcher role, triage product changes requiring documentation, and improve team standards, processes, and tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or instructional design in the software industry.
• Experience using AI-assisted writing, editing, research, or productivity tools for technical content, instructional design, or content analysis.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly, logically, and concisely.
• Advanced knowledge of content creation, version control, and project and task management tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build effective relationships with colleagues.
• A degree in English, technical writing, communications, or computer science, or equivalent credentials.

• Prior teaching or training experience.
