Senior Merchant, Women’s Denim & Bottoms

Location: Los Angeles, California; hybrid schedule with at least three days in the Creative Studio each week, Tuesday through Thursday

Annual compensation: $81,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Develop product category strategies and assortments for profitable growth.
• Lead assortment, color assortment, launch strategy, and pricing for women’s denim and bottoms.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to understand business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and implement assortment strategies for online and retail channels.
• Partner with design, production, planning, marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage merchandising processes, systems, and calendars while creating new workflows to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of merchandising experience.
• Knowledge of the women’s apparel marketplace and consumer.
• Knowledge of product development, financials, and production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional partners.
• Fluency with merchandising systems, business tools, and applications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver business results.
