Regional Manager, Asset Protection

Location: 100% onsite; must be located in or near Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, or Fort Worth, Texas, United States. The role reports to the Innovation Center at 11401 Harmon Rd., Fort Worth, TX, or 4779 Hanoverville Rd., Building 200, Bethlehem, PA 18020. The position covers a 24/7 operation and requires availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed.

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 base salary. The full base pay range is $96,671–$161,119, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan.

What you will do

• Develop and execute asset protection and physical security policies across fulfillment centers, hubs, and fulfillment networks.
• Coach and train operational partners, associates, and managers on loss prevention and security practices.
• Manage and train the Asset Protection Specialist team.
• Oversee security guard teams, third-party vendor relationships, and related contracts.
• Review CCTV footage and exception reports, analyze loss trends, and identify inventory defects and security vulnerabilities.
• Lead internal and external theft and fraud investigations, prepare case reports, testify at trials, and coordinate with law enforcement agencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security services, asset protection, investigations, law enforcement, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of data collection experience with root cause analysis.
• Experience with physical security systems, security vendor coordination, and law enforcement agencies at local, state, and federal levels.
• Experience with workplace violence risk analysis and/or business continuity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, decision-making, independent working, and data analysis skills.
• Must be located in or near Bethlehem, PA, or Fort Worth, TX, and able to work all shifts in a 24/7 operation.
