What you will do

• Own performance and outcomes across core operational functions including throughput, quality, and reliability
• Lead and develop frontline teams, setting goals, managing performance, and fostering accountability
• Design and improve processes, training, and quality systems for consistency and scalability
• Use data to identify gaps, diagnose issues, and implement efficiency improvements
• Partner with engineering to build, test, and deploy automation and AI-powered workflow tools
• Deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences through operational rigor
• Collaborate with leadership on strategy, capacity forecasting, and intelligent scaling

Requirements

• 2–8 years in operations, consulting, finance, or analytical environments
• Proven track record owning metrics and driving operational improvements
• Experience building or managing high-performing teams and scaling workflows
• Strong analytical skills and technical fluency with data
• Bias for action, simplifying complexity, and leveraging systems/tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration as a high-NPS teammate
• Mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
