Solutions Engineer (AI)

hirify.global builds an AI platform that automates freight brokerage, carrier management, and 3PL operations for the logistics industry.

What you will do

• Design and deliver integrations, automations, and AI-powered workflows for customers.
• Partner with sales, product, and operations on discovery calls, workshops, and technical design sessions.
• Translate customer problems into technical architectures, workflows, and integration roadmaps.
• Prototype integrations, automations, and agent workflows, then move them into production with engineering support.
• Build and maintain SDKs, API clients, connectors, and middleware for customer systems.
• Document implementations, capture customer feedback, and contribute to product roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Experience designing, prototyping, and shipping integrations, automations, or connected applications independently.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling, agent workflows, orchestration platforms, and prompt-based systems.
• Working knowledge of Python, TypeScript, Go, or a similar modern programming language.
• Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, or integration layers, plus customer-facing implementation work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, WMS, TMS, ERP, or systems integration.
• Familiarity with queues, messaging systems, event-driven architecture, data pipelines, transformations, or orchestration frameworks.
• Previous experience at AI-focused startups or tooling companies.
