Bilingual Hybrid Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine)

Location: Tampa Launchpad, Florida, United States; hybrid schedule with a mix of virtual and in-office hub work.

Salary: $183,750–$245,000 annual.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive intake, follow-up, urgent, preventive, and longitudinal primary care visits in person and virtually.
• Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease, along with acute concerns and behavioral health conditions.
• Prescribe first- and second-line medications for depression, anxiety, alcohol use disorders, and opioid use disorders, and continue psychiatric medications for members with stable serious mental illness.
• Develop care plans with interdisciplinary teams, participate in case conferences, and support members’ physical, behavioral, and social health goals.
• Complete compliant diagnosis capture, quality-gap closure, coding, and clinical documentation within 48 hours of encounters.
• Provide clinical leadership through chart reviews, team coaching, advanced practice clinician oversight, and consultation on complex cases.

Requirements

• Current valid medical license in the state where employed with Cityblock.
• 3+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
• Graduation from an accredited medical college in the United States or Canada, or an unaccredited medical college outside the United States or Canada.
• Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers.
• DEA licensure or willingness to acquire it.
• Completion of medical clearance requirements, including immunity evidence for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella and a TB screen, unless an approved accommodation applies.
