Customer Success Manager, Commercial (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 150+ commercial customers.
• Drive onboarding, product adoption, retention, and expansion across the customer portfolio.
• Develop repeatable success plans tailored to customer segments.
• Lead training sessions, webinars, and business reviews to demonstrate platform value.
• Monitor product usage and proactively engage customers to improve outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities, collaborate with Sales, and share customer feedback with Product and internal teams.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business with approximately $2M–$5M in ARR.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and operational efficiency at scale.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, or similar tools.
• Customer-first mindset focused on outcomes and retention.
