PMO Graduate

Location: Office-based in Edinburgh or Windsor, UK, 5 days per week

What you will do

• Coordinate the production of project management reports and maintain project metrics.
• Support project governance by attending and supporting Project Status Reviews.
• Manage resource scheduling under the direction of resource managers.
• Support country change management and the development of project management processes.
• Conduct project audits and health checks under the direction of the PMO Lead.
• Analyze project data to identify and report risks, issues, and trends, and support delivery systems including JIRA, MS Project Online, and Workday.

Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Eligible to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to learn the requirements of complex operations quickly.
• Initiative, collaboration, flexibility, effective communication skills, and awareness of project management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare systems and implementation processes.
