Social Media Intern (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day publishing across hirify.global's social media channels, primarily LinkedIn.
• Maintain the social media calendar and publish approved content on time.
• Create and adapt posts, carousels, short-form videos, polls, and stories.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, mentions, industry conversations, and relevant accounts to identify engagement opportunities.
• Support live event coverage by capturing photos and videos, publishing real-time updates, and highlighting key moments.
• Engage with comments, partners, speakers, customers, and industry audiences while supporting executive and employee amplification.
• Repurpose reports, blogs, videos, and event materials into social-first formats.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and top-performing content, then recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Strong interest in and understanding of social media, particularly LinkedIn.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create concise, engaging copy for different audiences.
• Good visual judgment and basic familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
• Comfort creating or editing short-form video content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight publishing timelines.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership.
