What you will do

• Plan and manage the weekly social media calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
• Write brand-aligned copy addressing CIO and IT leader challenges while highlighting product capabilities.
• Collaborate with designers to create visuals and videos.
• Repurpose webinars, podcasts, and blog content into concise social media pieces.
• Monitor social media metrics and experiment with posting schedules and content formats.
• Drive internal employee engagement on social media.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of social media experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong storytelling and engaging writing skills.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and jargon for a broader audience.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise-level customer or employee support software.
• Experience using Canva or AI video editing tools.
