Director of Payment Products (Stablecoin Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Define Flow's features, workflows, data requirements, prioritization, and post-launch measurement.
• Work with customers, prospects, and partners to identify payment authorization jobs across multiple verticals.
• Articulate Flow requirements and priorities within the shared hirify.global platform, collaborating closely with engineering.
• Partner with Product Design to create a clear and efficient experience for institutional users.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans with the GTM team.
• Track transaction volume, customer retention, time-to-first-value, and expansion revenue while monitoring the stablecoin and digital payments landscape.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management or product strategy, primarily in payments, stablecoin infrastructure, or digital financial services.
• Experience taking a payments product from initial release to commercial traction.
• Deep understanding of payment flows, transaction authorization mechanics, and institutional ecosystems including PSPs, exchanges, fintechs, and banks.
• Ability to work directly with engineering teams, build trust, and align roadmap priorities without hierarchical authority.
• Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to uncover actionable product insights.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 20022, ACH, or ISO 8583 and their role in institutional payment ecosystems.
• Experience with compliance-adjacent products or regulated financial infrastructure.
• Experience contributing to product-led growth in B2B financial services.
