Technical Program Manager (Spatial AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $125,000–$180,000 USD annually plus equity

What you will do

• Own technical deployment plans for scaling spatial AI rollouts from pilots to hundreds of retail stores.
• Coordinate hardware, firmware, software deliverables, computer vision pipelines, file deliverables, and on-site store logistics.
• Author and maintain the single technical plan for each program, including milestones, dependencies, owners, and status.
• Establish metric-driven program cadences and track detection performance, data integrity, delivery quality, and rollout speed.
• Standardize successful deployment practices into repeatable templates and processes.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, customer success, and retail partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing technical programs, software-hardware deployments, or complex rollouts.
• Strong understanding of system architecture across front-end, back-end, cloud, and computer vision systems.
• Ability to evaluate technical design trade-offs without writing code.
• Experience breaking down ambiguous problems into structured technical plans.
• Comfort coordinating hardware and firmware hand-offs, on-site logistics, and store-level execution.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs and risks clearly to non-technical customers.

• Experience running metrics-driven program cadences, including weekly business reviews and structured tracking.
