Senior Talent Partner

What you will do

• Translate approved hiring plans into recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, assessment, stakeholder coordination, and offer acceptance.
• Build talent pipelines, engage candidates and talent communities, and mitigate recruitment risks.
• Advise hiring managers and leaders on talent markets, compensation benchmarks, candidate availability, and hiring decisions.
• Coordinate offer approvals and negotiations with People and Finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding, introductory training, 30/60/90-day plans, and early employee integration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Talent Partnering, or related People functions.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and business functions.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and compensation discussions.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and new-hire integration activities.
• Fluency in English is required. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder-management skills are also required.
