Talent Acquisition Partner (Fintech)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Hybrid arrangement with an opportunity to work from home after successful completion of the probation period. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in Bulgaria.

What you will do

• Partner with managers and senior leaders to define, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Scope roles and develop sourcing strategies to identify top-percentile talent across GTM, R&D, and other functions.
• Build robust, repeatable processes for evergreen hiring and tailored processes for specific business needs.
• Identify effective talent channels through advertising, direct sourcing, and relevant professional communities.
• Build relationships with global teams and share hiring trends and insights with central People teams.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end talent acquisition experience, from market and talent mapping through offer management.
• Experience collaborating with high-performing teams and hiring in high-growth, disruptive businesses.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders up to Director level.
• Ability to analyze complex talent and hiring data and present concise, actionable insights.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to complex hiring challenges in competitive regional markets.
• Technical proficiency with Greenhouse or another ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or Insights, and recruitment integrations.
