Marketing Intern (Sports Gaming)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Paris office.

Company

hirify.global is a fantasy sports gaming experience and marketplace featuring officially licensed digital player cards and free-to-play fantasy games.

What you will do

• Create player cards for hirify.global Pro and hirify.global Arcade for the 2026/2027 season, managing the process from player data and image preparation through sample checks and progress updates.
• Monitor transfers and maintain accurate partner player data sheets, import player data, and rename player pictures.
• Manage partner ticket allocations, distribute tickets weekly, and support jersey deliveries, inventory, and stock tracking.
• Help prepare royalty reports for partners for Q4 2026 and Q1 2027.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and help automate them with spreadsheets, scripts, or AI tools while maintaining the team’s daily tools.
• Support Partnerships and Marketing teams with league and club partner relationships, activations, and projects involving partner materials.

Requirements

• Student in business, sports management, or a related field, available for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.
• Highly rigorous and detail-oriented, with the habit of double-checking work and flagging errors.
• Well organised and able to manage multiple recurring tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and curious about automation and AI tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Passionate about football and sport, with a good understanding of the game.
• Proactive team player.
