AI Native Product Manager (AI)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; full-time, onsite

What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams in an agile environment.
• Gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive end-to-end product development, including scope definition, timelines, resource management, and quality delivery.
• Plan and execute product launches, then monitor adoption and post-launch performance.
• Use market research, user behavior analysis, data analytics, and key performance indicators to guide product decisions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product management experience with a record of launching and scaling products.
• Experience in B2C product management and ownership of an important product metric.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and AI prompting, with hands-on AI experimentation.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and quantitative decision-making skills.
