Senior Growth Product Manager (AI)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; full-time position

What you will do

• Lead 0-to-1 product launches from initial definition through user growth and scale.
• Develop growth and go-to-market strategies across onboarding, pricing, SEO, referrals, landing pages, and paid funnels.
• Run acquisition and conversion experiments, measure outcomes, and scale successful initiatives.
• Scale existing AI products from initial launch to broader adoption, owning the roadmap and results.
• Partner with product, growth, engineering, and marketing teams to build consumer products for millions of students.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience shipping and scaling growth products.
• Product management experience at a consumer startup, preferably before Series C.
• Evidence of launching and scaling products with measurable outcomes such as improved CAC, paid conversion, or activation.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs through APIs into production products, using tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or LangChain.
• Experience with go-to-market, SEO, CRO, onboarding, referrals, or pricing experimentation.
• Strong data-driven product decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• SQL and Python or JavaScript scripting.
• Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Optimizely.
• Mobile app store optimization experience.
