Frontend Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site, full-time at the New York City office. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals or U.S. lawful permanent residents.

Salary: $145,000–$220,000 annually plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and deliver frontend experiences that bring AI workflow technology to users.
• Design innovative, high-quality, and delightful user interactions.
• Develop effective solutions to complex design and engineering challenges.
• Balance creative quality with project delivery expectations.
• Apply software development best practices across version control, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience delivering successful creative projects and designing innovative user experiences.
• Strong problem decomposition and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national or a U.S. lawful permanent resident.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI/ML tools and products, including an understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
