What you will do

• Design, build, and evaluate epigenetic reprogramming interventions for aged T cells in collaboration with single-cell technology, epigenetic editing, and predictive modeling teams.
• Develop scalable functional assays in T cells and regulatory T cells to predict therapeutic activity and support lead selection.
• Lead in vivo and in vitro immunology studies for target discovery, validation, preclinical development, and mechanism-of-action research.
• Apply expertise in inflammatory and autoimmune disease biology, including Treg differentiation, stability, and suppressive function.
• Author study reports, internal data packages, and regulatory-supporting documentation.
• Mentor junior scientists and present data, analyses, and recommendations to teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology, or a related field, or a BS/MS with 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry.
• Experience designing in vivo models of autoimmune or inflammatory disease.
• Experience isolating primary immune cells, conducting ex vivo cultures, and running Treg functional assays.

Nice to have

• Experience with pooled in vitro or in vivo screening using bulk or single-cell readouts, including CRISPR fitness screens, Perturb-seq, or CROP-seq.
• Experience with rheumatoid arthritis or colitis models.
• Experience authoring IND-supporting study reports.
• Experience managing or partnering with CROs on preclinical study design, timelines, and data quality.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
