What you will do
- Contact and qualify CRM leads via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce services.
- Schedule and conduct follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and issue financial proposals tailored to client needs, such as property valuation and investment plans.
- Collaborate with Customer Acquisition Managers on client onboarding and portfolio management.
- Conduct site visits to assess properties and build client trust.
- Prepare and review contracts, power of attorney documents, and transaction records.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Maadi, Cairo, Egypt.
- 2-3 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or account management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to conduct occasional site visits.
Nice to have
- Background in architecture, real estate, or financial services.
