Senior Experiential Producer (On-Site, NYC)

Location: New York, New York; on-site at the New York office four days per week

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year, based on relevant experience

What you will do

• Lead experiential production for a dedicated client account from kickoff and creative development through execution, on-site delivery, and wrap.
• Build and manage production plans, schedules, scopes, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Translate creative concepts into executable production plans while maintaining the integrity of the original idea.
• Manage scenic, fabrication, AV, lighting, staging, specialty technology, vendors, fabricators, contractors, and technical partners.
• Oversee load-in, installation, testing, rehearsals, live execution, troubleshooting, and load-out on site.
• Identify risks, dependencies, scope changes, permit and safety requirements, and budget issues before they affect delivery.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in experiential marketing production, event management, and production.
• Experience managing teams, including employees with different working styles, junior producers, and freelance production staff.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, production budgets up to $3MM, timelines, permits, licenses, venue requirements, and event safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, solve unexpected issues, and provide or take direction effectively.
• Ability to work on-site at the New York office four days per week.
