What you will do

• Develop sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery and solution positioning through negotiation and contract execution.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Align issuing solutions with client business objectives, growth targets, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product, solutions engineering, and delivery teams on proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Manage pipeline development, forecasting, revenue attainment, market analysis, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• Experience selling complex financial technology or payment solutions and closing large, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
• Experience with issuing products and services, card management solutions, or payment processing platforms.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in payments, issuing, or card processing ecosystems.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in financial services.
