Senior Member of the Technical Staff (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of high-performance compute processor IP products.
• Drive planning, execution, signoff readiness, risk management, milestone tracking, and product delivery across engineering programs.
• Provide technical direction across architecture analysis, microarchitecture, RTL implementation, formal verification, simulation verification, and engineering flows.
• Author, review, and approve technical specifications, execution strategies, development plans, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate technology roadmaps, customer technical engagements, project initiation, methodology development, product delivery, and system bring-up with global stakeholders.
• Coach engineers, develop high-performing teams, and improve engineering processes, workflows, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in digital front-end design, implementation, verification, validation, or compute/IP project management, including technical leadership and signoff accountability.
• Strong expertise in processor, memory, and system architecture, with hands-on experience in microarchitecture, RTL design, and verification methodologies.
• Knowledge of UVM/OVM, formal verification, functional coverage, technical specification development, and industry-standard EDA tools.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, C/C++, Assembly, Python, Perl, scripting languages, CI/CD, source control, and issue tracking systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering products in global, multi-site engineering environments.
