Senior Staff Product Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead initial silicon bring-up and new product introduction activities with product and test teams.
• Drive development of high-speed data center products and variants with product engineering, test, foundry, and reliability teams.
• Analyze engineering-sample yield, product performance, manufacturing yield windows, and bench correlation.
• Perform data mining, statistical analysis, functional testing, and reliability analysis across wafer sort and final-test data.
• Resolve test-program issues and coordinate yield, test-time, root-cause, and debug improvement activities.
• Support early customer sample supply, subcontractor management, production capacity improvements, alternate-source qualification, and mass-production release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of semiconductor industry experience, including 6 years in semiconductor manufacturing with 7 nm and below technology nodes.
• Knowledge of yield analysis, quality management tools, GR&R, Cp, and Cpk.
• At least 5 years of experience with automated test equipment, including Adventest 93K, UltraFlex, test handlers, and wafer probers.
• Strong hands-on experience in test development and debugging, with the ability to manage complex projects independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
