Director of Product Management, Enterprise Data Cloud

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; primarily in-office work is required.

Annual base salary: $239,000–$359,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, platform strategy, adoption paths, maturity models, and value realization metrics for the Enterprise Data Cloud.
• Lead development of an intelligent control plane and data intelligence layer for automated lifecycle, protection, and AI-readiness decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, cloud platform, sales, marketing, and alliance teams.
• Create narrative frameworks, reference architectures, and field enablement playbooks.
• Work directly with strategic enterprise customers to remove adoption barriers, design implementation patterns, and measure platform KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience leading product strategy for complex, large-scale enterprise platforms, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or data management ecosystems.
• Ability to design abstract service layers, APIs, and policy-driven automation frameworks.
• Deep expertise in data governance, multi-cloud infrastructure, cyber resilience, metadata management, and AI-ready data pipelines.
• Strong strategic execution and communication skills, including executive stakeholder influence and go-to-market collaboration.
• Experience co-creating solutions with enterprise customers and driving measurable platform adoption.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara, California office in a primarily in-office environment.
