VP, Product Management, Cloud

Location: United States; San Jose or Seattle, California/Washington. Hybrid working environment with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: $314,500–$407,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and additional compensation elements potentially including performance incentives, employee stock purchase plans, and RSUs.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and execution for first-party cloud services and build category-leading cloud businesses.
• Build and scale customer-centric cloud products that address enterprise workloads and generate sustained revenue growth.
• Own the complete product lifecycle, from market discovery and incubation through global service scaling.
• Drive innovation across cloud storage, AI data infrastructure, cloud architectures, and hyperscaler platforms.
• Lead product strategy across multiple engineering teams and ensure high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and cloud-scale reliability.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a product organization while building relationships with hyperscalers, strategic customers, partners, analysts, and industry leaders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technical product management experience, including 10+ years leading enterprise or platform product management teams.
• Experience building and operating high-scale, cloud-native services and managing cloud services P&L.
• Experience leading complex large organizations and driving revenue and market-share growth.
• Strong customer discovery, product strategy, communication, collaboration, ownership, and leadership skills.
• Current knowledge of hyperscaler platforms, AI advancements, and related technology trends.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field; an MBA is preferred but not required.

• Experience with storage technologies.
• Master’s degree in business administration.
