Director, Product Management, Security & Data Governance

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $209,000–$293,000 per year, plus potential bonus, commissions, and equity.

What you will do

• Lead execution and operational product management across the data security portfolio.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with product, engineering, design, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Engage customers, analysts, partners, and field teams to inform product direction and improve customer experience.
• Track business trends, product engagement metrics, and operational performance to drive measurable improvements.
• Partner with pricing, packaging, product launch, field enablement, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 8–10 years in product management.
• Experience managing senior Product Managers.
• Security domain expertise in EDR/AV, SOC workflows or products, and GRC workflows or products.
• Strong execution, stakeholder management, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Ability to stay current with emerging technology and take a hands-on approach to execution.
