Salesforce Business Analyst

What you will do

• Run structured discovery sessions and workshops with business users and stakeholders.
• Capture customer needs, decisions, objectives, and rationale in clear requirement specifications.
• Create Salesforce process flows with swimlanes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, and Project Managers to align requirements, solutions, and delivery constraints.
• Maintain requirement-to-build traceability, identify gaps during development, and support system testing.
• Own User Acceptance Testing from scenario design and customer support through defect tracking and sign-off.

Requirements

• Experience independently conducting discovery sessions and facilitating workshops across stakeholder levels.
• Ability to produce comprehensive requirements, business process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria with minimal rework.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, standard features, and declarative functionality.
• Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, developers, and Project Managers in structured Salesforce project delivery.
• Ability to prepare UAT scenarios and test scripts, map test cases to user stories, triage defects, and facilitate customer sign-off.
• Ability to identify customization risks, resolve ambiguity, and guide requirements toward standard Salesforce features.
