Senior Engineer, Fullstack (US) (AI)

Base compensation: $110,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and ship frontend applications and user experiences for AI-native digital platforms.
• Translate designs and wireframes into polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end digital experiences.
• Create reusable components and UI patterns that improve consistency and development velocity.
• Prototype new features, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering practices.
• Advance the use of AI across development, including automation, debugging, and operational work.

Requirements

• Strong experience building production frontend applications with React, Next.js App Router, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with component libraries and UI systems such as Radix UI, shadcn/ui, Tailwind, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, frontend performance, and scalable UI architecture.
• Experience integrating headless CMS platforms and backend APIs, with familiarity with testing, Git workflows, CI/CD, analytics, SEO, and performance optimization.
• Experience in agency, consultancy, or enterprise SaaS environments, plus familiarity with Vercel and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience orchestrating agent-driven AI workflows and reviewing AI-assisted output for security, scalability, maintainability, and architectural fit.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3 or Highcharts.
