Partner Technical Account Engineer (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical authority and advisor for strategic hirify.global partners.
• Guide partners on platform architecture, best practices, scalability, performance, and security.
• Oversee the technical health and governance of partner projects, identifying risks and ensuring alignment with platform standards.
• Conduct workshops and technical training to enable partner developers to use hirify.global foundations and capabilities.
• Resolve complex technical escalations in collaboration with Partner Management, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
• Own the payment connector homologation process, including request assessment, prioritization, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with the hirify.global platform, especially Payment Provider Protocol and Marketplace integrations.
• Strong expertise in GraphQL and RESTful APIs, including architecting complex integrations between commerce platforms and third-party systems.
• Experience designing scalable and high-performance technical solutions.
• Strong communication and argumentative skills, with the ability to articulate data-based viewpoints.
• Advanced English and Portuguese are required.
