Solutions Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Paris, France office; coverage spans France and the UK, with approximately 40–50% travel expected.

What you will do

• Discover customer business challenges and translate root problems into platform configurations, integrations, or justified custom solutions.
• Architect, prototype, document, and deliver targeted integrations and customer solutions using AI-assisted development tools.
• Maintain Customer Requirements Documents and escalate systemic product gaps with clear documentation.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management on demos, roadmap sessions, commercial calls, and technical deal progression.
• Translate recurring field needs into Product Requirements Documents and contribute to roadmap prioritization.
• Lead proactive technical engagement to support customer outcomes, deployment quality, and high CSAT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Native French speaker with full professional fluency in English required.
• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns.
• Ability to write code and debug production issues, with experience supporting commercial teams in technical sales environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, v0, or Copilot.

• Enterprise SaaS experience.
• Additional European languages.
