Head of Growth (AI Healthcare)

Location: Remote from Mexico; role is based in Mexico City.

hirify.global is building an AI-first healthcare platform that streamlines doctor-patient communication through WhatsApp and automates non-urgent clinical tasks.

What you will do

• Own the full doctor journey across awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
• Launch rapid growth experiments across outbound, partnerships, referrals, paid, SEO, and events.
• Improve doctor onboarding so users understand hirify.global's value within days.
• Define growth metrics, build dashboards, and establish an operating cadence for acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Bring customer insights into product decisions while working closely with the founders and product team.
• Hire and develop a growth team, playbooks, and scalable operating systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, ideally in an early-stage startup.
• Proven experience driving growth in a 0-to-1 environment and building something from scratch.
• Demonstrated ownership of metrics and measurable improvements in business or product growth.
• Experience attracting exceptional people and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute in ambiguity.
• Fluent English and Spanish and/or Portuguese required.
