Head of Growth (AI)

Location: Must be based in Singapore, China, or Hong Kong

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth, marketing, and business development strategies for the APAC region.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with exchanges, AI labs, protocols, and enterprises.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure ecosystem initiatives align with the Foundation's mission.
• Design and implement community programs to engage developers, researchers, and builders.
• Represent the Foundation at industry events and conferences across key markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business development, or ecosystem growth within the web3 or AI sectors.
• Must be based in Singapore, China, or Hong Kong.
• Deep understanding of open-source software, AI, and web3 ecosystems.
• Strong track record of building partnerships and driving execution in APAC markets.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to operate autonomously.

Nice to have

• Background at a top-tier exchange such as Coinbase, Binance, or OKX.
• Experience working at a foundation or protocol-level organization.
• Existing professional network within APAC AI and crypto communities.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
